I tried one of those online survey sites about 4 months ago that
say all you have to do is spend a couple of minutes filling out
some surveys and you will be making hundreds a day..... YEAH RIGHT, I didn't make anything.
I joined 7 of these stupid websites and I actually tried filling
out a couple of surveys on each site and they took forever then at
the end they wanted me to buy things or I couldn't complete the
survey.

Finally got a chance to ride over the last couple days as the weather here in Massachusetts is creeping into the 40's and 50's.
Noticed that the idle seems a little high at 1500 RPM's (my RSV1000 idled around 1200).
The sticker on the frame says the idle should be around 1200, so I wondered if this is something I can set myself. All other bikes I've had in the past had idle adjust screws or knobs, but I can't seem to figure this out on the 1125R.
Any input?
Looking to find someone who makes a tail section and front fender (besides ASB) for the S-1 bikes. I know years ago there were several but now I can't find anyone for the tail section.
On Ebay I found a couple of companies that will do the front fender for $189 or so. And ASB wants $239. I've already got the carbon fiber windscreen but would like to outfit the tail and front fender as well if you can help me find someone. Thanks.
I've been out of the loop for a while but about to pick up an S1W that needs a battery. The owner was modding this bike and rewelded the battery tray a little diff than stock. The voltage regulator now resides in back under the tail section.
Anyhow, is there a smaller, lighter battery than what comes stock that ppl are now using? I know in the dirtbike world there are some nice AGM and gel batts that replaced the heavier stock batteries. Any idearers?
This is going to be a messed up post, so let me work through it please. I am looking towards the future and my next bike. I was hoping you guys could help me look at all the angles and give me honest experiences, not "I heard from this guy" stuff. I know this is a Buell board and I am interested in your points of view.
I have a XB9SX. I love it. I like the torque, the look, I LOVE the cornering. But I am a little freaked out about the exit of Buell. If I pick... [Read More]
I was looking at the owners manual and noticed the R has a 70 tooth rear pulley and the CR has a 76 tooth. has anyone changed these pulleys out yet. to me the quicker take off is better then top speed on this bike. i dont see myself having the road way to top it out.
I just got a new 09 1125R and I was looking at the owners manual and it said there is a aux. power and is controled by turning the bike on does anyone know where i can find this power source.
Thanks
